Η κάπαρη μπορεί να προστεθεί ωμή σε σαλάτες, σε σάντουιτς, ή μπορεί να μαγειρευτεί με ψάρια, κρεατικά, ζυμαρικά και σχεδόν όλα τα τρόφιμα, χαρίζοντας μια πικάντικη και ιδιαίτερη γεύση.
Η κάπαρη βοηθά στον έλεγχο του σακχάρου στο αίμα. Ανακουφίζει από πόνους στο στομάχι και φουσκώματα. Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί άμεσα στο δέρμα για να το κρατήσει ενυδατωμένο.
Διατηρείται στο ψυγείο για 20 μέρες μετά το άνοιγμα.

After opening, store it in the refrigerator for 20 days.
